LinkGather WordPressPlugin from TechyGeeksHome



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the links for all your websites articles in Google Spreadsheets design.

You can get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the URL below:

Once you have installed the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Help Guide


A new menu item on the menu side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

If you click on the Home link, this will navigate to the plugins home page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links title to move you to the page that will show all of your blog sites published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our blog test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your more info posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in Excel design.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of bringing back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack ShortLinks is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the read more JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
